ScaleWizz is a brand of PT Mitra Elit Indonesia, a company registered in Indonesia. In these terms, “we” means PT Mitra Elit Indonesia.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. Please don’t attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misuse its tools.

Estimates are not offers

Prices, ranges and results shown on this website, including the output of the scoping tool, are estimates for information only. A binding price exists only in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. Prices shown in currencies other than USD are converted at indicative rates; invoices are issued in USD.

Client work

Each engagement is governed by its own written agreement, which sets out scope, price, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality and warranty. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this website belong to us. Work we build for clients belongs to the client as set out in their agreement.

Liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its estimates.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
