Who is responsible

PT Mitra Elit Indonesia, the company behind the ScaleWizz brand, is responsible for personal data handled through this website.

What we collect

Only what you send us: when you email us, we receive your message and contact details and use them to reply and to discuss a possible project.

The scoping tool

The scoping tool on our homepage currently runs entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to us and is not stored.

Cookies and storage

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your currency choice locally so the site remembers it; it never leaves your device.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count visits without identifying you.

Who processes data for us

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Email is handled by our email provider. We don’t sell personal data.

Client data

Data you share during a project is handled under the project’s written agreement and NDA, and is never used to train AI models.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@scalewizz.com.
