AI integration
AI that works on your data, inside your tools.
Chatbots, agents and retrieval systems built on your documents and systems, connected to the tools your team already uses, and shipped to production in weeks.
Who it’s for
- Support teams answering the same questions every day
- Operations teams copying data between systems by hand
- Companies whose knowledge is locked in PDFs, wikis and inboxes
What you get
- A working assistant or agent on your own data (RAG)
- Connections to your tools: WhatsApp, Slack, CRM, helpdesk, databases
- Guardrails: answers with sources, handoff to a person, full logging
- A test set, so answer quality is measured before launch
- Deployment in your own cloud account, with documentation
- A view of model and hosting costs, so the bill has no surprises
How it runs
- Day 1–2Scope and data accessWe agree the one job the system must do and connect to the data it needs.
- Day 3–8Build and integrateThe assistant or agent is built and wired into your tools.
- Day 9–10Test and demoWe measure it against the test set and demo running software.
- AfterHandover or continueYou own everything. Keep it, extend it in another sprint, or add maintenance.
Price
$9,500
2-week sprint. $12,500 when answers draw on several messy sources.
Larger multi-agent systems: $25,000 – $60,000, quoted after an AI Opportunity Audit ($4,900, credited to the build).
First step: Free 30-minute call
Prices outside USD are estimates. All invoices are issued in USD.
Questions
Will it make things up?
We ground answers in your documents, show the source for each answer, and route unclear questions to a person. Accuracy is measured on a test set before launch.
Which AI model do you use?
We choose per task: Claude, GPT, Gemini or open-source models, and can switch later when price or quality changes.
Where does our data live?
In your own cloud account. Your data is never used to train models, ours or anyone’s, and that is written into the contract.
